Our Mission
The Hummingbird Healing Center is a wellness destination located in the heart of downtown Westport. Our mission is to offer a welcoming and inclusive center helping individuals and families alike experience the transformational power of sound through a variety of different modalites.
Our newly renovated 2100 sq. ft. center is home to CT’s first and only Harmonic Egg®, a revolutionary energy healing therapy that uses frequencies, vibrations, sound waves and light waves to reset your body’s own natural healing potential. We offer a variety of group classes and holistic workshops as well as a unique retail boutique of sound healing instruments and other wellness products to help you on your journey.

Hi, I’m Lisa. Thanks for finding your way here…
As far back as I can remember, I have been a seeker asking questions many of us contemplate. Who are we? Where do we come from? What am I here to do? What is my purpose?
I discovered yoga, meditation and chanting as a way to unplug from the daily demands of a stressful career in Manhattan, first as a graphic designer for major advertising firms, and later as an interior designer running my own small boutique firm.
I have spent over four decades exploring various spiritual and metaphysical pursuits alongside more traditional Western medicine and therapies. I probably read more self help books in the 1980’s and 90’s than was healthy or necessary. Since my teenage years, I have experienced chronic mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and PTSD. As a result of these imbalances, I also went through a myriad of physical health issues. I went down the traditional pathway of talk therapy and medication as well as seeking out holistic solutions. No path, however, has made more of an impact in my own life than the transformational power of sound.
As global circumstances surrounding the pandemic changed all of our lives, I simultaneously underwent a profound personal shift. Today, I am over-the-moon to be “guardian” of Connecticut’s very first and ONLY Harmonic Egg®. In addition, I am a certified sound practitioner, and have been leading group sound bath meditations as well as chant circles for women at the Hummingbird Healing Center and other venues around Westport.
Opening a wellness center focusing on the transformational power of sound is a dream come true. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you. Hope to see you soon!
